Mr. Cope is a certified independent business appraiser and business valuation consultant. He has analyzed and valued businesses ranging from small companies with limited operations to large enterprises with multi-state and international operations in a wide variety of industries. Mr. Cope is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in business valuation with the American Society of Appraisers, a Certified Business Appraiser (CBA) with the Institute of Business Appraisers and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in the states of NC (#27121) and SC (#05794).
Mr. Cope earned his Master of Business Administration in Finance from Appalachian State University and also received a Master of Science in Accounting from that institution.Prior to ValueLogics, his professional experience includes serving clients with international "Big-Four" and national professional services firms.
